PROBLEM: Visa needed to quickly prove the potential of a global creative platform before moving into full-scale production and rollout.

IDEA: Use AI to create a series of films that showed how the idea could work across different stories, characters and markets.

EXECUTION: I creative-directed the process from end to end — shaping the characters, visual style, lighting, environments, pacing and edit.

AI accelerated the process. Human judgment and finesse shaped the work.

RESULT: A fully realized proof of concept that gave Visa a clear view of the creative idea’s potential.
